I had a wonderful stay with outstanding staff who were very helpful and welcoming, and the delicious breakfast made each morning a great start to my city strolls. I really enjoyed being just a quick drive from Fort Jackson and Heathwood Park, which were perfect for leisurely walks and relaxing views.

Breakfast options included bagels, which were a pleasant surprise. However, the room had persistent maintenance issues, including a malfunctioning TV and plumbing problems that made our stay frustrating. The noise from the hallway was also disruptive, impacting our overall comfort.

The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the comfy beds. Relaxing on the sun terrace while sipping my coffee was just what I needed. They offered a fun fire pit area for evening hangouts. The only downside was that the gym was closed for maintenance, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊

The queen room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bedding was comfortable with clean sheets. Morning breakfast included fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, and good coffee. The fitness center was well-equipped for a good workout. Wifi was available and worked fine for my needs. Overall, great for a short family trip.

The room was dirty, and I found trash under the bed. I specifically called ahead to confirm the pool would be open, but upon arrival, it was closed for renovations without any prior notice. There was a missing dresser, leaving nowhere to put our belongings, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

the bathroom had a really bad odor. but the waffles were great and the staff was helpful! also, they had a mini fridge in the room which was handy. and check-in was really quick.

Maintenance could use some attention too. there were mold issues in the shower and general wear in the bathroom. Parking felt sketchy at times with random people wandering through.
